      FAMILY LAW & CIVIL PRACTICE ATTORNEY I've practiced law since 1985, both as owner/operator of my own offices & as an associate and/or managing attorney in several law firms. I've lived in the Miami Valley my entire life. I was born in Union City, Indiana. I received my undergraduate degree at Morehead State University in Kentucky and my law degree at the University of Dayton. My favorite recreation is motorcycle touring. I also love to read and study history. Bible study is a favorite of mine. You don't want to get me started or I'll talk your head off. I have worked with special needs children for 27 years within the legal setting, in juvenile and domestic relations courts involving child custody disputes. I like people and know and understand their problems, as you can tell from the areas in which I practice.

Appointments can be made at any time that is convenient to you. Clients receive copies of all pertinent documents, are billed regularly, and kept apprised of their case’s status. You will receive a written estimate for the average cost of your typical legal services upon contract for legal services. ESTATE PLANNING FOR THE MODEST ESTATE: The simplest & most popular estate plan is a "Will Package," which includes: Wills, Durable powers of attorney, Health care powers of attorney & living wills, Declaration of the assignment of disposition of the bodily remains, & One transfer on death affidavit if needed. These documents may also be purchased individually.
