Brought my four children here tonight. My kids were scalded by the automatic water in the womens restroom sink. I told the manager and she just shrugged and said there was nothing they could do about it. Really?? I made her put her hand in it and she immediately pulled it out because it was so hot. At least put up a warning sign or something.

I agree! Violet was a wonderful waitress... and Amy has been my waitress before, seemed fake just to make her money. I work in the restaurant buisness and I know how the waitresses make their money. But cmon? Let's be real.. get on your job managers!

I had a great dining experience at this Frisch's because of a wonderful waitress named Violet. She saved me money on my order and was very courteous. However, there was a very rude waitress with a serious attitude problem that made our visit not so enjoyable named Amy. That girl should not be in a customer service position if she can't be friendly to guests! I hope the manager there gets the point that Amy is a trouble-maker and needs to hit the road!

Consistantly great food for decades at this location! Gotta love that Big Boy and Chili!
