      Possibly what impressed me mos...

      Possibly what impressed me most is it's obvious they care. You are not an insurance card number or just a body.

      The Doctor looks you in the eye, shakes your hand— makes you feel comfortable...

      He's not the kind that tries to make you feel you need him desperately, scheduling multiple appointments etc. I think he actually listens, really cares, wants you to be happy.
