      horrible food!horrible service! I’ve never ever in my life ordered something so disgusting! Our Pizza smelled like Nail Polish Remover! We refused to eat it and when I called the store,and spoke with the owner he refused to refund my money. I even told him that we had not even eat one bite of the pizza because of the smell and that he could come back and pick it up and he refused! I’ve never been treated like this from a restaurant at all ever this is honestly the worst customer service I have ever dealt with! The owner called me dumb! And told me he didn’t have time for my stupid crap! Please if you want a good pizza do not go to cousin Vinny‘s in Middletown Ohio!

      bad service and management

      Worst pizza I've ever eaten in my life and our order was completely wrong and they said they would give us a credit and when I xalled the VERY RUDE man on the phone said I have no notes in the system and I can't help you good night and hung up. ..I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW DO NOT EAT THERE A D THEY SUCK

We are now located across three states, and serve over 1.5 million pizzas a year – that’s a lotta dough! We have locations in Ohio, Indiana, and Virginia.
