Horrible place! Worse than going to the DMV. Many of the female employees are so rude , do not listen, rush you. They don't care they just want you out of there fast. Nobody is on the same page. You ask one person something then the other person tells you something different. Horrible customer service: horrible establishment

If I could give no stars I would. This place is absolutely ridiculous. I had ordered glasses on January 14th I called them on January 25th to see if they are ready, I spoke to someone and was told I was gonna get a call back but no call so I called again and spoke to someone and they said I'll go look now I'll give you a call back, 3 hours go by and no call so I decided to call again and was told the technician was on vacation and that they didn't know when they would get done so there is nothing they can do. I'm so over this place and the games they play. NEVER GO THERE!!!!

Worse place ever, went in on a Monday at 12:45pm ,for an exam for my daughter, and was told because there were 4 people ahead of me, we would have to come back tomorrow, I said you are open until 9:30pm my daughter can't be seen today?

Still no glasses. My insurance company is investigating. And refunding me what eye to eye over charged me. Check your bill and contact your insurance company they will look in to it.

this place should not be open you got a bunch of pretty girls smiling and tell you they would take care of everything when nothing is getting taken care of I SAT there for an hour before anybody even approached me and told me what was going on with my glasses this place is the worst they should close it down it is not a professional environment!!!!

this place cannot seem to get it right its going on three months and I still don't have my glasses. They called me to pickup and the glasses were not there. I do not recommend this place to anybody

Totally disappointed. Ordered contacts lenses and 2 weeks, still no lenses. Person answering phone is clueless. Not sure how they stay in business,

This place is terrible. They over-charge and do not call when your glasses come in. I ordered designer frames for myself and my daughter and when we arrived to pick them up no one ensured that they fit- I had to ask for them to fit them for my daughter. I paid for antireflective coating for my glasses and it wasn't put on but they never checked and then tried to send them home with me anyway. I asked for cases to go with the VERY expensive frames I ordered and was told they would have to order the matching cases. I am extremely unhappy with their service.

FRAUDULENT!!! they over charge you so they get more money! they do not call you when glasses/contacts come in. they do not communicate. They have a horrible system of record keeping. Staff is inadequate with attitudes. Very poor customer service and a totally disorganized business.

Not only was I stupid enough to go once but I made a second visit in which I spent over $300 more than my insurance to buy a nice pair of line-less bifocals. They tried to talk me into spending an extra $100 for insurance for the lenses and frames. I didn't and several months later while cleaning the glasses the frames split in half. I took them back thinking that the warranty on the frame that they would replace the frames. I had to spend another $100 for replacement frames plus buy the insurance that I ddin't purchase at first . The experience was ridculous, serivice people nasty and uncaring. My next pair of glasses will not be eye to eye in Galleria Mall middletown ny. I'd advise anyone else not to go there also. They are the worst in customer care.

I had a great experience. I showed up without an appointment to see if they could take me. They were extremely busy but coordinated with another eye place in the mall just so I didn't have to make another trip all the way there. The person who was handling my case sat with me to make sure I was seen promptly and handled all the paperwork. My glasses were covered by my plan, but I did buy a few extras so I had to pay a little. My glasses were done early and the folks who got me set up were extremely nice. Overall, I would recommend them.

This is the most horrible place ever. For contact lenses and glasses they rip you off even with the insurance co-pay. Customer service is a joke, they don't return calls and when they do they treat you like a third class citizen. Don't ever go there and I will never recommend and go back myself.
