In March of 2010, I purchased 2 KitchenAid floor models. They sat in the show room for 2+ months while the salesman was supposed to take care of a few things (order a stainless trim kit for the fridge and a replacement control panel to replace the dented one on the stove). Ultimately, the appliances were delivered without any replacements or additional parts, the same way that sat in the show room. After delivery, we found out through KitchenAid that the stove was a 2001 model (not a typo) and the refrigerator was a 2004 model (again, not a typo and yes this is 2010). If this had been disclosed I would not have purchased them, knowing their age. I would have also realized that the supposed "great deal" I got was not a great deal after all since we probably paid more than they sold for in their respective years of production. They refuse to admit that they should have disclosed their age, insist the appliances are "new" and offer no apology. Very dishonest and slimy!!
