Every search I have made for Belle Bridals has had this woman making a big fuss about Kim. I am not sure why she feels it necessary to portray this shop in that light on every single review forum. But I can tell you that this dress shop has been such an amazing experience for me and the least stressful part of all my wedding planning, since Kim is just incredible to work with. Her shop is small, but, don't let that fool you; The vast array of choices (design, color, length, material, prices, etc.) is immense. She has looks for anyone's taste. We have purchased 8 bridesmaids dresses, 1 mother of the bride, 1 mother of the groom, 2 god mother's and flower girl dresses from her. All dresses were incredibly priced, came in on time, were the right sizes and the right color. That's a total of 12 different dresses and not one issue- not one! She knows you by name and makes you feel important. Even when the shop was filled during Prom Season (while she was in a cast by the way), she made sure to pay special attention to each one of her customers. You don't find that a lot in these boutiques and it's refreshing to see how much Kim cares about her client's happiness and desires. I would highly recommend Belle Bridals to any bride. It will not disappoint.

Terrible. Kim is the worst business person I have ever had to deal with. She ordered the wrong dress for our wedding and accused us of failing to check her order form to see she ordered the right dress. Terrible. I give one star only because they make you give at least one.
