Malia Hilliard has been deeply immersed in the pursuit of transformation since she first began her yoga practice at age 15. Trained and certified in 2001 by some of the very first generations of teachers to bring Yoga to the United States from the masters in India, Malia began her career in Los Angeles, teaching in the top studios like YogaWorks, Santa Monica Yoga, LA Yoga and Sacred Movement and gained sponsorships from companies including Nike, Lululemon, and American Apparel. Malia uses her vast knowledge of Yoga and body weight training to help individuals like herself; busy mompreneurs, athletically inclined house wives, and bad ass lady bosses, to find deep calm and beautiful strength with her athletic, intelligent, empowering flows.
