General Info

Ellen Mochache Soire, FNP, earned her nurse practitioner degree at Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California. She received further education at Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania. She worked for almost a year at Care More Medical Group in California managing chronic illnesses before coming to Delaware where she joined the Christiana Care Middletown Family Practice in 2009. Ellen is a board-certified family nurse practitioner, and she is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and a Certified Diabetes Educator.
