Harbor Athletic Club offers a wide range of fitness programs and services, and is located in Middleton, Wis. It offers a range of group exercises that include bodypump, studio cycling, cardio power and bootcamp. Harbor Athletic Club also provides a youth fitness program, soccer coaching, martial arts, and scuba diving and snorkeling. The center has a pro shop that offers snacks, drinks, exercise clothing, and racquetball equipment and gloves.
