About Us Home of great food & friendly service.Bob Godsill moved to Middleton, Idaho in 1979 to pursue a career as a business owner. In July of 1988 Bob finally made his dream a reality when he purchased Nicks Sunrise Restaurant in Meridian. In the years to follow Bob became a successful business owner opening many locations in the Treasure Valley due to one simple philosophy; I dont have employees, I have family; I dont have customers, I have friends. Bob Godsill passed away into the Lords arms on Tuesday, December 20th, 2005 at the age of 66. To this day we strive to implement Bobs philosophy.

While vacationing in the Boise area, we went to Sunrise Cafe because we liked the sign. :) We were very happy with our meals and found their home-made cinnamon rolls to be exceptional! So much so that we returned several times just for them. We also brought some home to California to share with family. When we return to Middleton, Sunrise Cafe will definitely be our first stop!
