I have to say if you are hungry look elsewhere....They have good food mind you but there service is horrible!!!!! My husband works right around the corner and it being a Saturday he knew they would be busy....He placed an order at 6 pm letting them know he would be there around 7 to pick it up! They said no problem....He got stuck at work and was 30 minutes later then the 7 oclock time he told them he walked in ....The women behind the counter told him they hadn't even started it that they were too busy....I am sorry you had an hour and half to make an order take out or eat in....It should have been ready...she also couldn't tell him how long he would have to wait to get his order...He was so upset he canceled his order and for him that was the last straw he has had to wait on his order before after giving them more then enough time to have it ready and this was the last straw they just lost a customer and now have this review so buyer beware order at your own risk if you are in a hurry don't waste your time here!

The Middlefield Tavern has, without a doubt, the best food in town. Friendly atmosphere. Wonderful place for lunch or dinner.
