Quite upset with the product. I gave them my engagement ring to be resized- went from a 6.5 to a 5... so a pretty big difference. I received the ring back with the band bent on both sides of the diamond. The band itself also starts very thin from the diamond and gets wider and should stay that width throughout the back of the ring, but that is thin now since getting it resized. And there are two kind of 'scuff' marks in the band under the diamond. Just a very sloppy job from them. I took it back two days later just to see if they could straighten out the kinks on the side and they said that there is no way they did that and they also didn't want to touch it in case it offset the diamond. I understand why they didn't want to start bending it around, but just the fact that they were unwilling to help was absolute bottom for me. I will never go back to them again and won't recommend them. Absolute waste of money. Now I need to go find another jeweler who is willing to help fix it.
