      My daddy brought my Honda to your shop just a few minutes ago, and you discovered it to be 3.5 quarts low on oil. I was afraid the transmission was failing, due to the strange noise that I was hearing. You have no idea how much it blessed my heart that you extended your hand of love and grace to my daddy and to me today. I just wanted to thank you for your help, and for topping off the engine with oil. I will be praying specifically for the Lord to bless your family, and your business.
