General Info
We know dogs 40 years experience. Around here, your pet is well taken care of. We let them get out and have some fun. If you don't want them to run, then that is fine too. We have great, fun employees. We also take pictures of play time and have lots of fun. The majority of our day is spent outside with them. Make sure you leave a message if we don't answer :-) If you need referrals, just ask. We have tons! Our prices are $15 per day per pet and we do not discriminate against breeds. Small pets/large pets...They are all welcome here :-) We also have a kitty condo area for the cats. A/C is provided and they can go in and out as they choose. We have 1.5 acres to run. Perfect for exercise and play! Open Mon-Sat (closed on Sunday). 9-6 pm and closed between 11-2 for cleaning, play, etc.

I just wanted to start by saying that these guys are truly amazing people! I had to leave town last minute and could not for life of me find a good place to board my dogs considering one is a Borebol (South African Mastiff) and sometimes aggressive towards other dogs it didn't make it easier. I finally found these guys and they helped me literally at the last minute and they had no worry about the bred. They are super helpful and pretty in expensive.
I would like to write a brief review to simply state that we were very pleased on several boarding stays. My dogs are my children and to see them so happy when I leave makes me very happy. I cry, they run back to the kennel. I would highly recommend Black Diamond Kennels. It is worth our drive from Jacksonville for the stay.
We are very particular people as well with detail and were very pleased on several occassions. I will continue to bring our pitbull and shephard mix here. We love the owners and their ability to communicate with us in a pleasing manner. We have no complaints. They do not balk at medications the my shephard mix requires and I do pay for the bath as an optional fee. They always seem pure tuckered out upon pick up and I know they've had a wonderful time. When your dogs hop out to go to a boarding place they are pretty happy to be there. I wish much blessings and prosper upon them.
I am so pleased at how calm and UNstressed my Benny is, now that he's home! Thank you-- it's a sure testament of how well you care for the animals that board there. Especially with his confused first week with us.. Thank you so very much! IT'S A CLEAN, CALM PROPERTY And FUN FOR THE ANIMALS. NOT ONE ANIMAL SEEMED AFRAID or Anxious, THAT I SAW IN RUNS. The owners are friendly, polite and gracious, a rare quality. They live up to a Godly reputations that we should all strive for. They aren't hard to reach as they have several avenues in which to contact.. if you can't reach them by phone after leaving a message (which they do answer) try messaging them on Facebook- they are pretty prompt in getting back to you. They are professional yet flexible. They also will keep you up on how your pet is doing while you are away. I am grateful to have found them.
I been to this place three year. My dogs are loving everytime we go here. I google number to give to friend and see sad review. I know the kennel employees offer bath option on contract. Man or lady writing review should put out $10 and would have had bath. Dogs play . Don't stink sometime. Simple. Person obviously never board dog before or know how to give own dog bath. Excellent place call or email and I tell you true after years of happy dogs. Also word bless you is good thing in Americas.
I had my dog there and when returning to pick up my dog she had 2 beds because she is a larger dog and they were both soaking wet and she was a mess and smelled so bad we could hardley stand the ride home. I called and left a message asking how to get the smell off of her and her bedding that I was on my way to the store to buy something but was not sure what the best item would be to remove the smell It was in a pleasant voice no nasty words or anything. They would not return my call. It took me about a month to remove the smell from her undercoat by washing her many times. As far as her bedding It still smells I have washed the outside covers but the inside of both beds is destroyed so this has been a horrible experiance for us and Im sure if outr dog could talk she would tell us things we dont want to hear about her stay ! When I left the girl told me to have a blessed day . A return call would have been nice and a replacment of our dogs beds. Very Very disapointed with this place I have told everyone I know . So sad that people cant make things right when they make a mistake. .
I was very pleased to be able to board my three dogs. The people there were great. They had plenty of interaction from the photos I saw and they came back happy. I've known this place to be around the last 20 years but didn't know it was a boarding facility. I thought it was a training facility for dogs and breeding. I realized it after I saw a new sign put up. I'm glad we stopped and will continue to bring our three dogs here time and time again. Everything was very clean and the friendliness of the employees and owners went a long way.
