Purchased a wood stove insert in 2008 & had it installed by Woodstove & fireplace The workmen arrived on time, installed it quickly & best of all dring the installation, I could hear the 2 workmen calling out ,thats perfect, very good and many other sayings indicating that they weren;t trying to install the insert quickly, they were installing it correctly. I was then given a very nice presentation about our new stove. If I had to do it all over again I would not hesitate in choosing this Co again. Absolulely no problems
