Tom, with who I arranged the job, is a great man. He followed up well before, while, and after the installation to make sure I was completely comfortable with the process. I have installed ductless split AC in my house "fujitsu" brand. The staff is highly experienced and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Tom and his staff.
