We offer martial art instruction in Taekwondo/Tang Soo Do (Two unique styles of Korean Martial Art form). Our instruction is offered to children age 5 and up and adults of all ages! We have top notch instruction designed for all experience levels. Stop by for our Taeboxing class every Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday 7-8 pm. This is a high impact work out sure to make you feel like a million bucks!
