About 6:45 AM, I was broken down on I-95 N/B by Exit 64 Maryland. After tying to get a tow truck to respond from other sources and waiting for over an hour and a half, when suddenly the flat bed truck from SemperFi Towing showed up, it was like my prayers were answered. The first thing that the tow truck driver, Lenny, asked was if we were O.K. Told him that I hit something in the roadway and lost my coolant fluid. Upon further conversation I asked him if it was possible to take my Ford, Explorer, up to New York. Without hesitation, he said no problem, That he would be glad to do it.
He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional in every way. Thank you Lenny for your service and kindness.

Last night I had to call AAA for reason of course - my car would not start. Is there nothing else that can be so crummy as your car not starting? The first person who came was unable to detect the problem - understood, he had to call a tow truck....now it's getting late -- darkness is coming and I don't know about you, but everything is 100 times worse when it's dark! The tow truck from Semper Fi arrived (the name was comforting - everyone loves Marines!) The driver Steve (110159) got out of the car and first thing he asked is "Are you OK?" He was polite, efficient and most importantly made me feel safe. The driver took me to "my" mechanic and asked me if I was OK and how was I going to get home. I was fine, but he stayed until I filled out my paper to put with my key in the drop box. That meant so much to me. Thank you Semper Fi for having Steve as your employee - needless to say, I recommend company mostly highly!.
