A couple of weeks ago, I had an excruciatingly painful tooth ache. Dr. Greenberg was able to fit me into his schedule very quickly. When I arrived, I felt that his staff was very welcoming and helpful. During my treatment Dr. Greenberg was very precise and professional. I would highly recommend him as a dentist.

Staff is horrible. Rescheduled my appt for last month to this month and now they have no appointment. Pregnant, moody and my mouth hurts. Customer service claimed she was scared of me and threaten to call police on me bc I cursed at her. I'm 5'2 and pregnant what could I possibly do to a woman over the phone while in Dc? My doc gave me specific instructions to call when and if I had an issue. I did. This how I was treated.Overall I love doctor Paul he is always great!!

When I was there 3 weeks ago for x-rays I must've gotten reputation for being a dick. So when I walked in today I knew that they recognized me as soon as I said my name. But I played it pretty cool cause I definitely wasn't going to let them win this. I was there for a veneer (on the same tooth I got a filling on from this office 2 yrs ago). So the dentist shaved off about half of the old tooth, or maybe a quarter, then tried to ask if I was ok looking like that because he didn't want to bond on a temporary until the permanent veneer came in.. in 3 weeks. ARE YOU SERIOUS? I got a different hygienist who must've been warned by the last one, but we got along fine. The last one was constantly sticking her head in the door asking if "we" were doing ok. But I was being so damn cute I could tell by her answers she was on my side. My bill was more than I was quoted even though if I weren't hard on them enough I would be walking around with half of one of my front teeth gone. 1 star.

Don't go to this dentist, you'll regret it with your health.

Went there as a new patient as the insurance I have is not accepted at my family dentist. I went there for scaling and X-Ray. Before I even got called after waiting there for 25 Minute past my appointment, a family came in and said they had an emergency appointment at 12pm. The receptionists started arguing with the family by saying that it was for 12:30. The family played the message on voicemail outloud and it said 12pm. I asked the receptionists if they can go ahead and switch my time so this family with an emergency can go in my place and they said No.



Dr. Greenberg came in and numbed my mouth with 4 Injections of Local Anesthesia for 1/2 of my mouth. My family dentist normally uses 2 Injections for my whole mouth. I noticed I had a foul taste in my mouth about 5-10 minutes into the cleaning. I thought it was nothing big until the cleaning was over with. When I got home, I felt absolutely sick. I noticed inside my mouth that the local anesthesia was leaking out of my mouth which was creating that foul taste. My temperature spiked to over 101 within 30 Minutes, I had vomiting and a horrible headache. I had to cool my body down which eventually brought my temperature down to normal yet I still had vomiting of yellow bile, which burned my throat. After 14 Hours past my appointment everything stopped except the burning of my throat. That took at least 1 1/2 Days to clear up and my throat to no longer hurt. I called Dr. Greenberg's office on Friday Afternoon and said of my experience and they said "You probably had an allergic reaction, something you didn't document on your New Patient Form so you shouldn't hold us liable for any complications." I said in return "I've been to the dentist plenty of times and they all used local anesthesia and I've had No Complications of an Allergic Reaction." They said "I don't know what to tell you." I said, "Dr. Greenberg used 4 injections on 1/2 of my mouth, more than what he suppose to use which caused it to leak out of my mouth during the cleaning."



Update 4/8/2015: I could give this place a 0 !!! After the appointment, they scheduled me to come in 2 Weeks from now. I called them to cancel my appointment by telling them that my insurance had ended and I no longer have dental insurance. The rep said "We can't cancel appointments until you can give us a reschedule date and time. Without a reschedule date, you can be accessed a $25 Missed Appointment Fee"

I 1st came to this place after my dentist past away, all of my dentist patients were referred here. I wish we weren't I never had a good experience. I no longer go there as of this new year. They are slow to see you for your appointment. I have had an appt for 12:00pm and wasn't seen until 1:30. One time I had to leave because the wait was so long. And the reason for the wait is not because they are crowded because there were only a handful of people here each time I came I will never tell anyone to come here I advise against it! Also they never bill a patient everything must be paid upfront which is very inconvenient.
