When they opened up the four-lane highway in the late 1960s, this place got relegated to "Off the beaten path" status. The locals and savvy truck drivers though, know where it is. I ordered eggs over easy, home fries, raisin toast, and a short stack of pancakes. The food was excellent. There's nothing fancy about the place, but if you're interested in experiencing a bit of old Ohio, it's worth a try.

Very rude and they don't care to try to please the customer! I asked to pay extra for chicken pieces and I was told it would put their count off for later in the week and then CLICK ... owner hung up on me!! They sell chicken by the piece, meal or family size...so whats the big deal???

Great home cooking. Large portions. Great breakfast buffet on weekends.

Between the staff, the kitchen, and the general atmosphere I would say to avoid this place at all times.

I have been eating here for years!! I know all the staff and they are all friendly and give good service to the customers!! The food is the best around, it doesn't matter if you want breakfast, lunch or supper, we have ate there for all. On Sunday morning they have a All You Can Eat breakfast buffet which is good. And Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening they have All You Can Eat Alaskan Walleye or Fried Chicken with Salad and Dessert Bar which is excellent! You really need to try eating there!!!! You won't go away hungry and the food is delicious!!
