I took two of my dogs there for a bath and cut they are small dogs and are very good about getting groomed, that place truamatized my puppies their Pitts were burned and they were very lethargic afterward I will not take my dogs there again, and would not recommend that place to anyone I will be dealing with thier injuries for quite awhile

Horrible. Would never ever take my dogs back again. Absolutely burned the skin under the pits of 2 ,of my three dogs and nicked them in a couple more places.
They are lap dogs and are used to being handled and groomed. so calmness was not an issue.
Wouldn't take the chance of a repeat performance.and put my dogs through another tramatic from this business.

I scheduled an appointment to have my dog bathed only. Had a 9:30 appointment. Upon arrival was told they had 6 dogs ahead of me and he would not be ready until 12:00. My previous groomer who has moved charged me $40.00 for bath, grooming and a cut bandana.she would call me when he was ready.....one hour. I was charged $35.00 today for a bath only 2 1/2 hours and he doesn't even smell like he had a bath. Was treated poorly jering on his collar and yelling at him. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Had to give them 1 star because that was the lowest.very disappointed.
