10 "absolutely yes"

When I first called to schedule the spay and neuter, I was told that Luke and Leia needed to be a minimum of 5 months old before those procedures could be performed safely. I appreciated that because it showed me that PetsinStitches cares about the animals first. There wasn't a mad rush to get them in to make a dollar. I appreciated that caring attitude.

I did not research other veterinary facilities. We had used PetsinStitches for our dog, Snoopy, and was very satisfied with both the result and the cost. From all accounts, the prices are very fair.

Thank you for your continued great service. I will continue to bring all of my pets to your awesome facility!

They were very thorough in informing me on pre and post care for my kitty! They also got back to me very quickly when booking her appointment!

My visit could not have gone any better! Everyone was so kind and informative!

I saved at least $600, if not more!! This place was really a life saver for me and my kitty!

We have used Pets In Stitches twice, once for our cat and just recently for our dog. The staff is the greatest and they treat your pet like their own. You don't always find service at a great price with the full on family treatment. Everyone made sure our pets and us were comfortable and ready for their spay. I can't even begin to think of anything they could do to improve because you can't fix perfection!

A 10!!! Absolutely! I have already recommended you to friends should their dogs need surgical care.

You and your staff genuinely cared about Annie. I simply can't say enough about your competency and professionalism.

Dr. Sue recommended you and there was absolutely no need for any additional research. I'm sure we saved money but that doesn't matter. I'd return to you irregardless.

Thank you for taking such good care of my best friend...she recovered quickly and completely.

"Thank you to you and your staff for caring for my cat Lucifer. I'd be happy to provide feedback for you.

I would give Pets In Stitches an absolute 10 and have already recommended the establishment to other people. The pricing is affordable and the services and staff are great!

I was impressed that both the Veterinarian and Technician came out to sit and talk with me before and after the procedure. In the past, that hasn't happened, so I really appreciated the extra initiative and care the staff had for Lucifer's care.

I cannot think of anything that could have been done in addition to or differently. It was a fantastic experience - probably not so much for Lucifer since he had the surgery! Haha! But he has recovered well and it was appreciated that he was followed up on with a phone call.

I saved well over $150 dollars, if not more, by coming to Pets In Stitches rather than going to another establishment. Thank you so much for making everything smooth and easy for me and my Lucifer!"

Petey is doing great, thank you for asking. He was a little quiet, for him (!) that first evening but by the next morning he was back to his usual wild child self. I had him all set up in a large crate so he could take it easy for a few days, as instructed, but had to let him out on the third day, he was so rowdy. Anyway, he's doing fine, chasing bugs, climbing trees, and teasing his fellow barncats. His other "owies" have healed up well too, including his scraped up right rear paw that you were concerned about.

So I would certainly give Pets In Stitches a 10+ and have recommended it to my friends. Everyone was very patient and caring and instructions were clear. I liked that pain meds were encouraged and follow-up calls were made. I felt like you and your staff cared about and liked my goofy li'l Petey. That means a lot. Thanks again."

I received a call a few days before to remind us of the appointment and then a few days after to makes sure she was doing well. It made me feel good that you care! The website was easy to navigate to find information on what to do before and after the procedure, what forms to bring, and what types of services are offered.

Your facility was definitely cheaper than our vet. We were quoted over $400, and that didn't include a cone or sedation medication (which we got through you.) I was definitely happy we got the Kong inflatable collar rather than the cone. I think it made Maddie's experience less traumatizing and made her life easier navigating and eating.

She was almost back to her normal self the next day, which was a great sign but it also meant we had to keep her calm and in one area.

I am so glad we decided to go with Pets In Stitches! The staff was very nice and helpful and the facility was clean. The pictures on the website made me feel good about taking Maddie there.

I am very unpleased with my treatment at this establishment. I was misinformed on the drop off time and instead of admitting to a miscommunication I was made to feel like I was lying and that I was in the wrong. They were so busy placing blame they did not even try to fix the problem. Needless to say we will not be going back and my dog did not receive his planned neuter.

Dear Theresa, I am sorry that you had a negative experience with Pets In Stitches. When caution dogs are scheduled, registration occurs at 8:15am, then the owner and dog can leave to grab a coffee or such but return a little before 9am for anesthesia to start with owner assistance. It is apparent a miscommunication occurred. What can we can do to rectify this situation for you? Sincerely, Danielle N. Rastetter, DVM

“If there were a higher score than 10 I would give it to you. Your staff was awesome. I have already passed your name along in social media and word of mouth. I am very strict on who I recommend for anything so you are in good company.

I loved the option for the vasectomy and the way we worked through all the procedures.

Thank you again for taking care of our little man.”

“I would absolutely recommend Dr Rastetter/Pets in Stitches! Wally is my 4th furbaby that I have brought here for spay/neuter services. I have told everyone I know who has pets to take their furbabies to you.

I have no complaints. The staff is very thorough & friendly. They are compassionate & very understanding of each clients' needs. Dr. Rastetter is a wonderful vet with a passion for caring for our furry family members. She is the only veterinarian that I trust with my pets.

Honestly, I have no suggestions for improvement. This is a wonderfully staffed clinic. I am so thankful to Dr. Rastetter & her staff for taking such good care of Wally (and my other dog, Woody, and my 2 cats Mila & Milo who have all had their surgeries at Pets in Stitches over the past few years).”

My experience with Pets In Stitches has been greatly appreciated! After researching local facilities and even my personal veterinarian, who charges almost $400 for a spaying procedure, I was recommended to Pets In Stitches by a friend.

The website is very resourceful, with a professional friendly staff, and clean facilities. Being a first time puppy owner, Moose and I were both a bit nervous going in that morning. Both the staff and doctor delivered all needed information and comfort regarding her care there.

Although quite sleepy and a little tender after the procedure, Moose healed up surprisingly quick and was ready to play again no more than a day or two later! We took it easy for the first week or so and she did very well with the cone, with the exception of running into every wall and doorway.

It’s been almost a month later now and she’s fully recovered with little to no complications what so ever. I’m very thankful for the professionalism and support from the staff at Pets In Stitches and would recommend in the future.

“Daebok has been doing absolutely great! When I brought him home, he wanted to be left alone that evening and just sleep however, the next day after I gave him the pain killer, he was so happy all day... he didn't even seem to mind the e-collar!

We had no problems after the surgery, and the whole experience was excellent. Great service, polite & caring. You all kept me filled in on everything, and what to look for in the days following. I really appreciated everything you did for us.

From the cost of services to the surgery to the follow up, PetsinStitches is the best place around for neutering and spaying. on a 1-10 scale, you guys are at least a 12 and I will highly recommend your services to anyone I know who needs their pets fixed.”

“Hufflepuff is doing great since being spayed! We had a lot of issues with her before from trying to escape, peeing on the furniture and keeping us up all night. That has all stopped thanks to you guys! She is now almost completely healed and the cat that our family all loves!

On a scale of 1-10 I would say a 10 and have already recommended you to several people. I loved how fast I could get an appointment and when I came to pick Hufflepuff up the staff was very detailed about what was done to her before during and after surgery. I also appreciated being told how to give her her pain meds.

I honestly can't think of anything you guys could have done better. Had a great experience. Thank you guys so much!”

“We had a wonderful experience! Belle was nervous when we came in and the staff was very caring and reassuring. Upon pick up they explained possible complications and detailed what to look for. They even called to check on her after the procedure! We had no complications what so ever and the prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend Pets in Stitches!”

I would absolutely recommend Pets In Stitches to anyone I meet... and I already have! I recommended Pets In Stitches to all of my friends on Facebook, as well as many family members and friends. I was so blown away with how incredible the services and staff were for the price that I wanted to shout it from a rooftop!

When I took Tootsie to Pets In Stitches, I was instantly impressed with how friendly and professional the staff was. When I went to pick her up, the entire staff (especially Amy, the veterinary assistant) was admiring how sweet she was, and telling me about how they'd had her out to cuddle her and let her walk around. This instantly blew me away... I loved that the staff were true animal lovers, and made sure the animals felt safe and happy during their recovery.

What truly amazes me is how high the quality of the veterinarian, staff, and procedures are for such an affordable price. I took my other cat to my full service veterinarian to be spayed about a year ago. Her recovery was slow, her incision was large, and she was out of it for a day or two... also, it was quite expensive. My experience with Tootsie at Pets In Stitches was the total opposite... she was bright-eyed and awake the second they brought her out to me at pick-up. The moment she came home, she was happy, eating, playing, and acting as if nothing had happened. It was hard keeping her contained because of how great she felt! It's as if she didn't even know she had major surgery. Her incision was so incredibly tiny that at two weeks post-op, I can hardly find it. All of this shows the skill and expertise Dr. Rastetter and her staff have. I cannot thank you enough for how well you treat all of the animals that come into your facility... you have a customer for life! I can't say I've ever been this impressed with a veterinary facility in my entire life... I can't wait to tell everyone about Pets In Stitches!

We had a not so great experience with them. First off we had our dog fixed there he was also suppose to get his dewclaws removed, they did not remove his back dewclaws because they said they where attached by bone which we knew was not true because our vet had already checked them, so they got our dog mixed up with another dog talk about scary. So we were hesitant to set up an appt. to have them removed there but figured hey everyone makes mistakes sometimes. Well not this place so my dog finally had them removed went back had the declaw removed set up another appt. to have the stitches removed 1 week later thought everything was ok until I took him to be groomed at our regular place a week after the stitches where suppose to be removed only to be told they where not all removed. From there it only gets more frustrating it took 2 weeks to finally get a hold of someone there who then set up an appt. for our dog so we drive all the way back out only to be told ohhh they will dissolve in 6 months to a year. I will now be taking him to my vet and having him checked. This place is a waste of money and time they are disorganized and very unhelpful. I regret ever making the choice to take him there. I recommend to anyone who is thinking about going there don't. spend the extra money and go to your vet I wish I would have.

I certainly recommend Pets in Stitches to anyone looking for affordable, professional spaying and neutering services. Dr. Rastetter and her team make the experience as pleasant as possible for both pets and their people. A friend recommended Pets in Stitches, and we were contacted within 24 hours of using the website to make an initial request for reservation.

The drop-off and pick-up were seamless, and we were given detailed instructions before and after the procedure. There were just enough post-surgery meds to take the edge off Karma's healing incision, and he was back to his normal behavior within a few days. The follow-up communication was also excellent - I e-mailed Dr. Rastetter a photo of Karma's incision just to make sure it looked normal, and I received an all-clear reply within a couple of hours. The follow-up phone call was also a nice touch.

Dr. Rastetter and her team deserve a huge hats-off for doing this important work in such a caring, responsible way.

“Garfield is doing great! He recovered from his surgery very fast and very well.

On a scale of one to ten, I would choose a ten on recommending Pets In Stitches. In fact I have already recommended it to my sister who is going to bring her dog there to get spayed.

What I liked about my services that Pets In Stitches provided Garfield and I is that we got an appointment scheduled right away, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the prices were affordable.”

Bruno

I just want to thank you, and your team for providing Bruno with excellent care on 10/29/2013. He is still in process of recovering from his procedure, but already 1 day post op he is pretty much up to eat and eliminating without difficulty. We have utilized the sedation, as the collar aggravates him to no end.

I would recommend your clinic to anyone, and have found that most of my friends who have had a pet experience a neuter with other places, they didn't get the cone or meds. (Very thankful that they were offered, he's been resting and healing well) One friend even took her pet's stitches out herself after spaying!!!! I felt confident in dropping Bruno off, although the waiting at home without him nearly drove me insane. Your team was swift and knowledgeable, which made everything smooth and non-stressful for me, and him too!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! While I won't need services for anymore neuters, I will definitely hold your clinic at the top of the list for any other small needs I may have in the future.”
