      I am most pleased to have this opportunity to recognize the Miamisburg based independent insurance agency Masters & Associates. For well over twenty years, the Masters & Associates Insurance agency has comprehensively insured the Miamisburg School District with coverage against property, fleet and liability risks. During my eighteen year tenure as Assistant Superintendent / Business Manager for Miamisburg Schools, the District experienced exceptional quality service from the Masters team! The Masters team, lead by Mr. Bob Getty, excelled in every facet of providing assistance to the business operation. Specific areas of support included: annual policy coverage reviews in the District business office, immediate phone response with direct agent contact, thorough explanation of all contract terms, comprehensive educational programs regarding insurance topics both on-site and at underwriter sponsored conferences, immediate response to loss/ claim situations, knowledgeable and understanding assistance with cost control decisions and constant oversight with the implementation and maintenance of quality facilities and vital safety programs and documentation. The District's insurance coverage through the Masters & Associates agency has always been cost competitive. Public school business operations are always acutely concerned with maintaining through insurance coverage at the best available price. The Masters staff always stayed on top of new liability concerns and always demonstrated a genuine commitment to the best interests of the District.
