They Have been doing my mowing and landscape maintenance for years. They always do a great job. If there is something I do not like, I simply call the office and the ladies in the office always handle my issues, I always see results. Any time I need other work done they are the first company I call.

I called the office to schedule an appointment because we needed some maintence and sprinkler heads repaired and extended. I ask how much it would cost to have them come out. I was advised that it was a service call of $65 for the first ten minutes to assess. If we were to have the work done it would be $79 for the first hour plus any cost of the parts to replace. I specifically ask if they were at the home an hour or less if I would be charged the $65 and the $79 for that hour. I was told NO that if I had the work completed it would be a charge of just the $79 plus parts. They came out and completed the work in less than an hour. The work was done great but guess what when I received the bill? I have both a $65, a $79 and parts charge. I called the office and spoke to both Dee and Rhonda who could have cared less that I was told one thing and billed another. Maybe I was advised incorrectly but they clearly just didn't care. will not use again! Dishonest....
