This company falsely advertises the amounts due and then you have to go in and pay early and you owe a different amount. My account number for this is #hv000596 - I went to purchase a mattress and two dressers. I made a payment in store and how I was told about the early payoff option is apparently NOT correct at all. Peggy, who drew up the paper work and got us out of there fast, because they were closing.. Physically writes on the paper 90 day payoff 1371.68. So I'm making 200.89 in payments per month.. which I had the assumption it was going to the 'total balance' hand written on my paperwork. Then when I go in to pay the amount I assumed was left.. they tried to show there was money going to 'other programs,etc.' and that only x amount of dollars was going to principal - WHY IS A TOTAL 90 DAY PAYOFF balance, hand written on my paper when that is NOT the total. This is false information. Peggy tried to explain herself and kept fumbling her words because she knows she deceives people with how she explains things and rushes them out. WHY write an amount that isn't right?! I just wanted to pay the 1371. 90 day payout option so I'm not charged that interest. Why would I sign up for something if I was told it was 90 days same as cash and its not?
