Love the place, Family owned for what, like 30 year's ? Work seems to holding up for me as well as everyone else in my office. Only 2 people working, so yes it may take a bit longer than your quick-fix shoe repair shop. If they don't think they can help you, they don't just throw a "patch job" and take your money, they refer you to someone that honestly can help. HONESTY and good work has kept them in business for a long time, much better than the rest. Why did everyone else go under and they are still around? You get what you pay for. If you want a quick fix that don't last, go to ???? They always seem busy, which means a lot of people must keep coming back. Love 'em
