Aug 20, 2015 – I was seen 7 hrs after arriving on-time to my scheduled appointment for breast ultrasound.



Aug 24 thru 28, 2015 – received phone calls - I was told that results were obscure -asked I return to repeat.



Sep 11, 2015 – Repeated imaging test



Nov 2015 – Billing received -was billed for both dates although it was their error.



Mar 28, 2016 – The payment to Lakes Radiology is fulfilled.



May 20, 2016 – 2 months after fulfilling the deceitful fraudulent practice of excessive, inappropriate and abusive bills. I receive the same illegally misrepresented bill again!
