Recently I spent 10 days in this facility for my physical rehabilitation and all my expectations were exceeded.

(1) food is a bit high calories and rich -- which for Seniors is not good; (2 they provide red stickers on your door to indicate to staff not to come in if I was not there and the ALL disregard it... imagine when the service guy comes in and your naked coming out of the shower (remember we Seniors use hearing aids... but not in the shower!); I complained and it was disregarded. For the price (around $3700/month) the do not offer what other independant living places do: (2) credit you back your dinner if you don't have it (3) a buttom to push every day to report back that your ok (Imagine if you faint, fall or died in your apt... and can't get to the phone!) (4) if you give notice to leave other places honor it immediately and your lease is closed in 30 days, this place you have to fulfill the full 1 year lease (5) they raised the lease $200 after the 1st year... outragious (6) The majority of the cleaning staff speak only Spanish.
