Eddie is awesome! I first tried calling Geek Squad but 3 Miami area locations never even picked up the phone. I read the so-so reviews of them and decide to search local. Techforce answered the phone, told me to bring the computer over, and quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem. Plus, I even saved a lot of money over what Geek Squad would've charged me ($130 vs $250).
