We bought 275 travertine pavers from Stoneline Group and had them shipped 150 miles to Melbourne Beach FL. When we unpacked the pallet we found that a lot of the stones in the center stack of the pallet where they could not be seen were of poor quality and/or broken. We contacted Stoneline and they requested pictures of them so they could complain to their supplier. A full 6 months later we brought the bad stones back and they replaced them without complaint. Even allowed my wife to hand pick the ones she liked from a new pallet. Very good customer service and a good price too.
