Provided by YP.comI got mugged by this store and my NIKON its been hostage there since June. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE Ive been. On June 26, I arrived in Miami and since I was going to stay there only 4 weeks, I went straight to this sh.. place in order to have my camera fix asap. The first manager that talked to me said that it was an easy thing to do and that the camera would be ready only on July 17. I told them would be away from Florida on that date but I would be back on July 29 and would pass by to pick it up. To make things faster, I stupidly decide to pay in advance more than $200. To make the story short, I was at the store on July 29, left the States without my NIKON, and they been lying to me since them. Today is August 13 and everyday someone new (they change managers more than I change my pants) promise me that the next day I will get my camera. I even found someone to bring it to me but obviously they didn't sent to that person on time. Can anyone help me? What shall I do? Sue them???

Provided by YP.comI don't know where to begin: poor customer service, repair not performed as billed, highly overpriced, returned your equipment with more damage than when left with them.
Those guys are the epitome of Miami's chop shop reputation. Send you camera equipment anywere else except to those guys.
Disappointed former customer
I had the misfortune of dropping my Nikon D90 on the concrete. I checked and found this repair facility. Taking my camera to them, they took the time to listen to my problems and seemed genuinely interested in my business. I was instructed to call the following day for an estimate, which when I called was ready. I was told the usual turnaround was 10-12 working days and sure enough on day 10, I got a call telling me my camera was ready. {Picking up my camera, I was impressed that it was hermedically sealed in plastic wrap. The counter person was polite and answered any questions. The price, I thought was well within reason. Hopefully I won't need to get any cameras repaired in the future, but if so I know where I will return. These guys are dependable and good.
