this store is absolutely horrible! They NEVER return calls and after waiting a whole month to set up an appointment at my home they cancel 3 hours after they were suppose to arrive. By far the worst customer service!

My pool guy said I will be needing a pump motor soon, as it was making a lot of noise. I called my closest Pinch A Penny store (on Bird Rd) and was given a quote of $239 for the motor and $120.00 for labor. I also asked for a quote on a pool light, as it had blown out. The price on the pool bulb was $25.00 and $95.00 for labor. We felt it was resonable, therefore schedueled an appoinment. When the tech got there, he said that the motor was still good and all that was needed was an impeller, which would save me $239.00 for the motor. I accepted his expertise and had him do the work which totaled $332.63. Later that evening, I got a call from my neighbor complaining about the noise. The noise was even louder than before. I called the next morning and informed the tech. He immediately came out and installed a new motor, charging me an additional $376.79. All in all, I ended up paying over $700.00 for a pool bulb and motor. We definately will not be using them again nor recommending anyone
