I had one of the worst experience in watch repair with Miami Estate Buyers who failed to fix one of my high-end Swiss watches in my collection but only took my money.



Jim, owner of the business, claimed his watchmaker could fix my Gerald Genta Jumping Hour watch, asking $200. It was returned in about a week or so, sort of fixed but with black-out period of about 5 minutes during when the jumping minute hand does not move at all. I sent it back for further adjustment (fix). I had to chase Jim down to get the repair status for about a month as he kept silent. Finally, it came back to me but with the same problem UNFIXED.



I have sent several inquiries of what he could do with NO response in return ever since. I filed a complaint with BBB. Still, no response.



One of the worst business attitude. Take money with lying incompetence and disappear, leaving customers in the lurch. I hope there are no more victims like me
