We are currently unaffiliated with any insurance carrier meaning are only loyalty and priority is YOU, the customer. You are the one that feeds are family and you are the one we answer to. Period. We gladly battle each and every insurance company on a daily basis to ensure you get adequate payment for your repair and not a penny less to ensure your complete and utter satisfaction.. I feel that I can review this business because my father owned a Auto body shop for 26 years. I run that business for 9 years, I wrote estimates and supervised body repair and paint. My father retired two years ago, so now when I get into a fender bender, I have to find a shop! I was very nervous because I know that there is a lot of bad guys out there, especially in that industry. Many of the large shops use cheap labor, guys right out school with zero experience. I can advise to always trust a smaller shop for the best quality work. I knew that MAGIC TOUCH always had a great reputation, So I took my wrecked car and my sob story over there on a Monday morning. The place is very easy to find right of I95 & 103rd (441) . I met Carlos, who is the General Manager , The whole I was looking around for any clues of the quality of repairs the shop would offer. I think he picked up on my vibe and asked if I wanted to see some of his work. He showed

AWESOME BODY SHOP FOUND!!!Read some really good things about this shop, so I decided to give them a try after I backed my BMW into my garage door. I spoke with carlos over the phone and got an appointment that same day. After having carlos take a look at my damaged bumper and broken tail light, I was given an estimate. The repair estimate looked pretty good so I gave the go ahead. After the repairs were done, I recieved a phone call from carlos letting me know my car was ready. I took a quick look at my car, outstounding job, paid the bill and went on my way happily.I would imagine my next visit will be just as pleasent, lets just hope its not too soon!
After I got into an accident I call my insurance company (UAIC)They told me to take my car to their pro shop magic touch on Monday morning!!!I took my 2008 Range Rover to MAGIC TOUCH, I was very satisfied with repair results on my Range Rover, the owner and his team did a wonderful job, I highly recommend this place. The owner and his staff were very nice and honest. They informed to me how long the repair of my car would take and call me every two days to give me an overview. The overall attention and concerns that I had were all met. Thank you and wish you continuous success. My car looks like it was never damaged, THANKS AGAIN!!!!
