Operational since 1977, Leasa Industries Inc. is one of the largest growers, processors and packers of food products in the southeastern United States. Based in Miami, Fla., the company offers an array of products, such as bean/alfalfa sprouts, bulk/fresh-cut vegetables, Chinese food items and spicy tofu, to name a few. Its also provides vegetable soup mix, fresh herbs, sugar snaps and wonton wrappers. Its list of clients includes Publix Supermarkets, Winn-Dixie Stores, Wal-Mart and Sedanos Supermarkets.
