We've used Guantee Management for since the building opening 3 years ago. GM tried to give themselves a raise without the board's approval so we want to get rid of them. Besides that, they ran us into a huge deficit and tried to keep is a secret for as long as possible.

We are going with company that's charging us half the money. The new compnay told us they already have taken over THREE GM acounts, so go figure. Their lawyer, Steven Fein, is money hungry and often comes to meeting uninveted and then bills us.

I also put in two complaints with this agency:

The management company stated that it allowed you to inspect copies of all the records you requested except for those they were instructed by their attorney not to allow access to. If you believe your association has unlawfully denied you access to records you have the right to inspect and copy, you may file a complaint with the Division of Florida Land Sales, Condominiums and Mobile Homes. I pity anyone who uses this company.

his is the most unprofessional management company that I have ever had to deal in my entire Real Estate career. They are disrespectful, dishonest and most of all unreliable. If you intend to do business with these people , my best advise , stay away from them. Or make sure you have a lawyer to represent you because they are horrible.

This is a bad and unprofessional company!! The property manager at Park Villas Apt, Vanessa B, sleeps with the tenants. They need to find a new property manager because she is making the property look extremely bad!
