Genesys National Recovery threatened to put a bench warrant for my arrest, (over a $850 debt that I am disputing with Ladies of America) called my friend's mother to tell them about the debt and "detective Charles Thomas" threatened to come to my house. I have filed a complaint against Genesys National Recovery with the FTC (http://www.ftc.gov/ftc/contact.shtm) as they are violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
