Everyones really nice here. They put in me in beginner class and Ive been working up ever since. Couple months after being here, they asked me to try out for the pro team. Everyone was awesome and really nice. I made it and its been great. All the coaches are teaching me everything. I think this is the best place for me to train. Everyones teaching me so much everyday. Everyday Im learning a new thing. I feel like Im getting better here and my training partners are awesome. If you want to come here just to train and learn the sport, its an awesome place. If you want to be a fighter, I think this is one of the best places to train. I plan on staying here for a really long time.

Ive been training brazilian jiujitsu on and off for 8 years and tap boxing for 12 years. I moved to Miami looking to become an mma fighter and after researching a lot of gyms, I found FFA. My experience here has been awesome. The coaches here have been great. They have been very thorough and very encouraging. Their schedule here is phenomenal; they have wrestling, jiujitsu, kickboxing, freestyle wrestiling, and all the coaches work together to integrate your program. My advice: anybody who is in Miami area, who is looking to become an mma fighter, and who is looking for a place to train and train hard 24/7, this is the place to be. I highly recommend this to anybody looking to become an mma fighter.

FFA has a very good environment and I have been learning a lot. During the beginning of the week I started, I didn't have any set goals. I'm in Coach Jorge's class and he made me set a goal. At first I couldn't finish the conditioning, but in less than a week, I was finishing the beginning conditioning because I wanted to reach my goal. I recommend this to anybody who wants to get confident and get in shape.

I've been training in FFA for 7 years now. When I first started training I weighed over 210 lbs, now I'm down to 170lbs. My condition has gone through the roof. I've done a lot of grappling and submission techniques, I've made a lot of great friends, and I owe that to my experiences here in FFA. The gym has been really good to me, and they have been good to a lot of people. I highly recommend that everybody come down here and check it out, you won't regret it. You'll make friends, you'll get in shape, you'll learn a lot of techniques. The gym really helps you reach your goals, so I recommend everyone to check it out.

I've been going to FFA for about nine years now and I've been involved in martial arts for about 20 years. I have to say, this school is the best. Every day I'm always learning, I'm always growing - I find something new each class. There's no limits to what you can learn here. If you're just a casual hobbyist or a competitor or anything in between, it's an awesome school. Come check it out.

The kids program is the best. My kids are 5 and 8 and they love it. They are more disciplined and focused now. The instructors are great with kids. I would recommend FFA to anyone with kids. They have an after school program also. I'm very happy with choosing this school.

My son-8 and daughter-10 both attend FFA. After 6 months I can say that their grades have improved and they are more confident. Their body language is confident. They look forward to going to their MMA class and they discipline themselves in order to make time for class. The coaches and staff at FFA are superb.

I found FFA by accident to later find out 2 of my friends trained there already. This is easily becoming one of the best experiences of my life. I've lost 20 pounds and becoming a pretty good submission grappler. I'm also learning striking and take downs. FFA is a REAL MMA school, not a BJJ school. You will learn all the ranges of a fight and improve your conditioning. Open 24 hours 7 days a week. Unreal !!!!!!!!

I love training here. This gym is for all types of people looking to benefit from Mixed Martial Arts. It's open 24/7 and works to your schedule! So you don't have to worry about your wacky work schedule interfering with your training. The gym is fully facilitated with about 10 bags ranging from banana bags to uppercut bags. It also has a full weight room and the gym has open mat on Saturday and Sunday which means you can come in and train on whatever you want. The instructors a highly qualified and take time to teach/explain the intricate details that most schools do not, I wouldnt train anywhere else but here.

This place is definitely worth the money. I have been sending both my kids there for 2 years already and they can't seem to get enough of it. They have both matured so quickly in these 2 years. They are the best martial arts school in FL I have come across. A+
