ForemostCo, based in Miami, is one of the leading growers and distributors of ornamental starter plants, annuals, perennials, foliage and landscape material to the worldwide floriculture industry. Founded in 1987, it actively searches out and creates new products, and has several proprietary products, with an equal number currently under development. It is also one of the largest importers of live plants to the United States, accounting for more than 20percent of all plants brought into the country. It provides a wide array of young plants, including year-round availability of cuttings, rooted and un-rooted, vegetative and tissue cultured liners, air-layered plants, seeds, bulbs, canes and rhizomes. ForemostCo provides its wholesale customers with cuttings and liners from both wholly owned farms and from more than 100 strategic growers throughout Central America, the United States, Europe and the Far East.
