THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER The mediator David L. Sullivan acted as an advocate for the Federally Funded opposing side even insulting me by insisting that somehow I was racist and on top of it all the Mediation went just under one hour, and I was intimidated by other associates even one in the billing Dept in trying to believe that my $103.25 refund of my $309.75 deposit I was not entitled to. Thank God I paid this deposit with a debit card otherwise I would have been stuck trying to get my deposit back at the same time I was fighting for my rights in District Court. I just wonder how many others they have done this to. And I got to give them a star to post this to inform you.
