A local favorite of mine since childhood, and one of the simplest and most unique restaurants in Miami. El Rey De Las Fritas is Spanish for "The King of the Frita." For those of you who don't know, a "frita" is similar to a hamburger. The meat is tender chorizo (spanish sausage), and they also put delicious thinly sliced potato fries, all topped with a soft bun. I guarantee you, they will make you feel right at home. I have enjoyed every single time I have gone. Great service; you will come back over and over.
