Was a longtime customer and my teen aged daughter missed a scheduled appointment. Dr. Einhorn banned my entire family from coming on certain days. It appeared he was more concerned with losing money from the appointment than he was in providing excellent customer service. When questioned about the severity of his reaction he was quite rude and indignant

Do not visit Einhorn Eyecare. This place tries to fraudulently rip off clients. I have visited two years in a row and each time experienced billing/insurance issues. Turns out the company bills the client for one thing and submits a claim for another. Also Neil Einhorn tied to convince me that if I did not purchase glasses/contacts at the time of my visit, i would not be able to submit the insurance claim later. Avoid the headache !

The environment is professional and the doctor is knowledgeable. Careful the prices are high and there will be misc charges. Also the doctor will try to pressure you into purchasing contacts or glasses asap.
