LOOK ELSEWHERE! Upon initial arrival, the place was locked up and I had to call to verify the location. I was at the correct location, the problem is that this place has only one attendant to check customers in and out, drive them to and from the airport and park the vehicles. On my return home, I paid my invoice and the attendant proceeded to simply hand me the car keys. I asked where the car was and the attendant responded across the street. I must mention that they advertise valet service on their website, which is currently unavailable. My wife and I scurried to the lot, as it began to rain. We finally got to our car to find that two other vehicles were parked in front of it and had to wait an additional twenty minutes while those keys were located and the cars moved. From my experience, other facilities are aware of their arrivals and departures and the vehicles are prepped and rotated accordingly. The bottom-line, this place is extremely unprofessional and unorganized. Do yourself a favor and avoid this fly-by-night operation. With so many others available, it shouldn’t be too long before this place goes out of business.

they have great customer skills, their office is clean, they all work as a team.their shuttle is very clean and smells great you don't have to wait to much time at the office to got o the airport or to be picked up i only waited 6min.their service is super great that i'll use the again.
