I only rated this facility a 1 because I could not leave it unrated. I called ahead and made an appointment with the secretary for 3p. I arrived at 2:50p and waited till 6p to be seen by the physican. Not ONCE did any employee acknowlege the length of time I waited with a simple apology. When I brought it to the physican's attention he blew me off and told me to write a letter about it. I will never visit this UNPROFESSIONAL facility...U may as well go to the ER because you'll bleed to death in their waiting room...or faint from their filthy restrooms :( ....I even overheard a women having to reschedule with the secretary because her wait was so long it was going to run into her time to pick up her children...I hope she didn't need antibiotics or respiratory treatment because she was out of luck at this MEDICAL/URGENT CARE facility.
