Very rude. I called the owner to do a job and he hung up on me. Didn't even let me finish my sentence. When I called back it went to the voice mail. Is it really that difficult and time consuming to say, not interested? Never calling them for another job again. I gave them 1 star because I can't give them 0.

This is an honest review. I received nothing from the company for it. The owner and representatives of Done Wright are focused on actual customer service. They really do not charge for the service call/evaluation even on my 16 year old Rheem. Unlike the company I used (for years before) that came, told me there was nothing that could be done because my system HAD to be replaced, shut it down so I had nothing left at all then charged me a service charge without even a suggestion on how to function after that, Done Wright was completely different. They came the next day (quickly), did a temporary fix, and performed a full repair the day after for less than a replacement I could never afford. Done Wright really knows this business and are very professional. Unlike my old company that put their profit before my health and well-being, Done Wright actually helped me. I have had very good experiences with them. I encourage customers to give them a try FIRST. They are better than the rest!!!

Just had this company repair my A/C unit because of a bad fan motor. I initially callec at 8:40 AM not realizing the time, and was called back a little after 9;00 AM. It is now just after 11:00 AM and all the work is completed. The folks at Done Wright could not have been nicer or more efficient. If necessary I would not hesitate to call again.
I just bought a house and the air conditioning unit was pretty old. I had three companies come out and bid on replacing the unit. I choose Central Comfort because of the price but also my next door neighbor has been using him for years and has been very happy. His team of employees were very nice and very clean. So far my new system system is working great and I am very happy we found someone we could trust.
