as a person who never been to a dentist i went with my mom and they were nasty. the girls are nice but that dr gordon was rude and rushing. my mom said they don't sterilize the Xray stuff and on top of that i was told a treatment girl was on vacation and she will call me well they like rushed me and i just didn't feel right. we left. this business needs to be shut down!

Very happy. No waiting time, the doctor explained to me everything that I needed in detail and the prices were reasonable. Very clean office and convenient location for me.

I just had a crown done by Dr Gordon. She was very gentle, explained step by step what she was doing and made me feel at ease. Her assistant, Roxi, was very sweet and professional. Other teachers from my school also go there and they are happy as well.

I'm delighted with Dental Options in North Miami. Since the time I book my appointment I was always treated with deference. My checkin was prompt since I provided all my insurance info. The doctor was very gentle and I had the chance to be treated by their endodontist which was very professional as well. After a few appointments I'm very happy with the results and therefore I continue recommending this office to my friends and coworkers in the area.

I had a great experience at this dental office. Since the moment I was greated I felt a caring environment. My insurance was accepted without any problem, and the treatment explained to me in detail. The doctor was gentle and did a great work, I can smile now!

I had just been to a very expensive dentist to have a cleaning done and he told me I had a cavity that needed to get fixed. Dental Options was close by and less expensive to have the cavity filled but when I called to have the appointment made they told me I'd have to pay for xrays again even though I knew the exact tooth (number and all) that needed to be fixed. So then they offered me a $59 special that covered xrays and a cleaning. I told them I had just had a cleaning, so they said they would honor the cleaning at a later time. Now I called back to have the cleaning done, and they went through a million excuses on why they would not honor the free cleaning. First they said it was because the $59 deal was only for first time patients and I had been there before. Well if that was the case why would they have offered me the special? Then they said it was because too much time had gone by since my last cleaning. They never told me I had to come back within a certain amount of time but logic would follow that if this deal was only for first time patients, why would not having come back soon enough apply?? They finally told me they would give me the free cleaning if I paid them a bunch of money for the dentist to sit down with me. Well then it's not a free cleaning is it?!? After that when I asked the receptionist for their address and suite number to give them a bad review I was put on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and called back and asked for the address again. The woman put me on hold and then hung up. I have to explain that I needed their address and suite number because there are many other dentists in the same building and wanted to make sure to review the right one. I called back a third time and asked for the address again and the woman on the phone started screaming at me and was completely unprofessional.

After looking at the other review I understand this is common practice for them and would never go back there again.

I have yet to make up my mind about this office yet but so far they're "eh". I called and made an appointment with them on a Thursday afternoon. They scheduled me for late afternoon the following Mon. Having had an irritatingly confusing experience involving another dentist and my insurance before, I made sure to provide all ins details during that call and asked that my coverage be verif before the actual appt. They assured me that the ins. would be verif 1-2 days before I came in. I didn't rcve a call on Fri. so I called the morn of my appt to follow up. The first DA to answr said that because my appt was sched on Fri (which it wasn't), the coverage had not yet been verif but that she would do it then and call me back. 3 hrs later I called and it still had not been done. The 2nd DA even said my appt had not been confirmed. At noon on appt day and they had yet to call & conf with me or verif ins. My appt is sched for 3pm. Needless to say I am already wary of their professionalism..

This place is not a dental office it’s a factory. No matter how simple your visit is they always try to up sell you. They will not return your call so forget leaving a message. They are very aggressive on payment they will leave your mouth half done if you owe them a penny. Waiting room is small so be prepared to sit in the hallways. Save the aggravation take your business elsewhere.

The best dental experience I have ever had. The staff at Dental Options are friendly, warm and caring. I was self concious at first but the staff relaxed me and assured me everything was going to be ok. I'll be recommending them to my friends from now on.

As many doctors and dentists now a days, this dentist is not very concerned about the well being of the patients. Their primary concern is to get paid and how to get the most out of the patient without working with you because their office people do not want to be "inconvenienced". For shame!!!!

Dr. Gordon was great. She explained the dental work I needed very well and was very gentle when doing it. The office staff is very friendly, I recommend this office to my friends.

One of the things that convinced me to have my treatments done at dental options was the fact that they had a specialist for everything i needed. I didn't have to fill out teadious referral forms and drive around miami stopping at different locations to complete my treatment. From the second I walked into the office I felt that they truly cared about me and offered me the best service possible. I would definitly recommend dental options to my family and friends!
