Horrible service, horrible delays, no customer service and prices have gone from good to bad. If I am paying more than others, I should get better service. The only way to get your order fill is by calling everyday, begging and hoping they listen, otherwise you will be put at the end of the list for production while all their repeat customers get their orders filled before you.
