This was my first time at CIRA and I was very pleased with both the staff and the service. You won't have any regrets if you use them for your tests.

The staff was great. This was my first chemical stress test and they were great at explaining the procedure and
making me feel confident and relaxed.

I was unable to use my credit card for the procedure, luckily I had enough cash to cover the cost.
My bank advised that the machine at your institution was at fault. All my other transactions were successful on my visit to the USA. My suggestion is to allow foreign patients to pay for their procedures in advance, while in their country. I wanted to do just take but was advised to pay at the time of the procedure. Please note that I am a customer since 2013 - Doral Imaging Institute - and l never had any credit card payment issues previously.

The staff was amazing but there was one staff member I. Particular that helped me it a lot with my anxiety and picnic attacks. Due to his knowledge I was able to adjust to my test very calmy

I was very nervous the day of my PET scan. Fortunately for me, I was in good hands. I was assured along the way that someone would be with me through the test. The two women on staff were both competent and kind. I wish I could remember their names so I could give credit where it is due. I do remember that the woman who prepped me for the scan was a former EMT. I would definitely recommend this location for testing. Thank you for being there for me.

It's always a pleasure having diagnostic services done at Cira; from reception to the lady that prepares your coffee after a procedure.
