Located in Miami, Charles R. Drew Elementary School serves students in prekindergarten through grade five. The school s staff includes an administrative assistant, counselor, nurse, instructional specialist, technologist and speech therapist. In addition, Charles R. Drew Elementary School operates a counseling department that serves as a resource for students, parents and staff members and provides consultation, individual and group counseling, developmental lessons and coordination services. The school operates a parent-teacher association that works in partnership with the school s principal and staff, as well as the community to provide programs and services that enhance the educational environment for all its students.
